I stayed at Hotel Nartel in late September-early October. It is slightly out off the main "attractions" in Pristina, but cabs are cheap and nothing is too far from anything else in Pristina. The rooms are cozy (small and comfortable). The staff tried to be as helpful as possible. Internet access was free throughout the hotel and was decent, but at times it was slow (nothing out of the oridinary).
One small issue though: a colleague asked that his mini-fridge be fixed, because it wasn't cold at all. In the 5 days we were there, it was never fixed.
The food in the restaurant was decent and well-priced, and the bar stayed open as long as you wanted it to. There is a Maxi grocery store about 3 blocks away, and a bowling alley next door too.
