I stayed at Hotel Nartel in late September-early October. It is slightly out off the main "attractions" in Pristina, but cabs are cheap and nothing is too far from anything else in Pristina. The rooms are cozy (small and comfortable). The staff tried to be as helpful as possible. Internet access was free throughout the hotel and was decent, but at times it was slow (nothing out of the oridinary).

One small issue though: a colleague asked that his mini-fridge be fixed, because it wasn't cold at all. In the 5 days we were there, it was never fixed.

The food in the restaurant was decent and well-priced, and the bar stayed open as long as you wanted it to. There is a Maxi grocery store about 3 blocks away, and a bowling alley next door too.

Room Tip: The entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke, but they do have nonsmoking rooms. My room was fine, b...

The hotel is located in a quiet street on the outskirts of Pristina (airport side). Yet it's a only short ride in a taxi into the centre. There was no external noise intrusion. The rooms are very clean, everything feels new and there is an excellent shower with quick hot water and reliable pressure. The air con worked very well and was quiet. The staff here are very helpful and friendly and spoke very good English. The hotel breakfast included hot and cold food and I always found it well stocked. I ate in the hotel a couple of nights and the service and food quality was very good. So was the price with a nice steak costing around €8. There's also a outdoor seating area where you can relax with a pre dinner drink or eat al fresco. I would highly recommend this hotel if you don't mind the €2 taxi fare into central Pristina. It's a minor inconvenience and a small price to pay for what is a very nice hotel.

I am living in Pristina for a while now. Meeting the owner's wife I was shown around the hotel and see the rooms and facilities. The hotel is brandnew, modern, quite stylish and clean. Considering also the moderate prices that is definitely one of the few alternatives I will recommend to my guests.

We stayed in Hotel Nartel as a group, during our visit to Pristina in June 2012. Hotel is brand new, it is just walking distance far from city centre. All hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean and cosy. Housekeeping staff do a great job. Breakfast buffet is rich. Garden is also relaxing for breakfasts or drinks. On the second floor, there is a comfy area with an internet desk, where you feel as if you are at home. Internet speed in the rooms is also satisfying. Compared to most hotels in Pristina, this is definitely a perfect choice. I would prefer Hotel Nartel whenever I go back to Pristina.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Nartel. I spent eight nights there on a trip for my wedding & several friends stayed there as well. The rooms were modern & comfortable. The restaurant had good food & the patio area was nice for hanging out. The staff was great & went above & beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. It isn't located in the city center but a cab ride there cost 2-3 euro. There is a supermarket close & you can walk to Bill Clinton Boulevard in about ten minutes. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at hotel & will likely stay there again when I return to Pristina.

Room Tip: All the rooms were very nice. We had a regular room for two & it had plenty of space for us. I...

A new and modern hotel.İnternet speed is good.Nice and clean rooms.Heating system was not working. They brought an electric heater but it did not help. This ruined everything unfortunately.İn winter you should consider this.Breakfast was also not very rich.Location is not for the tourists who want to see the center.

My colleagues and I changed from Hotel Pristina which was low standard to this hotel, which is much nicer. The beds are nice and big and very comfortable. I especially liked the thick duvet comforter. Nice shower, clean room, although a bit cold. Sometimes the room got very cold and the staff tried to fix it. Sometimes they succeeded.

I Pristina everybody smokes. And they smoke everywhere. The reason I liked this hotel is because it was new and the smoke hadn't set everywhere yet. You are allowed to smoke in the restaurant where people have breakfast. But it's probably impossible to find a hotel that doesn't allow it. They have smoke-free tables but what good does that do when you can smoke at the next table. You get more used to it after a while. I stayed there for 8 days.

The breakfast is ok. It's open between 7 and 11. But if you get there at 7, the hot tea water isn't hot, and they have only set out half of the things. And if you get there after 9, the ham has been out too long. They don't put it on ice or keep it cold in any way. The bread isn't freshly baked, like you'd expect at a nice hotel like this. But they have scrambled and fried eggs which taste fine. They have a variety of cold cuts, cheese, bread and cereal and juice (out of a box).

All in all I really liked this hotel.
