The hotel price was announced in TOTAL with 60 Euro. At the bill you will then find another 16 % Tax (9 Euro) which was not mentioned before.
When you want to pay with CreditCard ( there are at least 4 CreditCard signs at the entrance) , the following dialog happens EVERY time my colleagues and I stayed there:
Guest: "I want to pay with Credit Card"
Boss: "Sorry the machine is not working."
Guest: "Can you please try it?"
Boss: "It does not work today. I tried it already with another guest. Go to the bank at the corner and get money from the ATM" [Remark: It was 7:00 in the morning and no other guest was checking out before]
Guest: "Can you please try it once more?"
Boss (unfriendly): "OK, I try with another machine. Come in 5 minutes."
And finally, what a surprise, the machine worked.

I think in future I will go to another hotel.

Hotel Ora is basic, but is clean and is run by excellent staff who are helpful. The hotel is situated near to the business part of the city. The hotel driver was particularly helpful. All in all a good place to stay when in Pristina.

hotel all as described in other reviews. the problem came when the check out happened as the girl at reception tried to add vat at 17% which had not been indicated on the e mail confirmation. She then said I had to pay cash as their machine did noT work(even tho the hotel has visa signs). When I said no a credit card machine magically appeared and the transaction was completed. What a shame to spoil a good hotel with this sort of try on!

This hotel is located just North of the main city centre in a little street off the UCK. In terms of location, this is excellent with the European Commission, the OSCE and most governmental buildings in walking distance (3-5 minutes). The ICO is a 5-10 minutes drive by taxi (2 euros), while the EULEX building is further away, in the South, yet still rather close. The only thing is that you may not want to walk back alone late at night through the small street to the hotel.

As for the hotel, the rooms are rather large, are very clean and have high speed internet access and a fridge. The beds, although big, were quite hard, which made me wake up several times at night. The hotel furthermore has a decent restaurant, although there are also plenty of nice places nearby.

One of the big advantages of this hotel is the extremely dedicated staff, which runs the hotel and restaurant smoothly. Apart from the bed, this hotel is definitely recommendable.

Just five minutes walk from governmental buildings, one of the main commercial street and EC Delegation. Typical East European style but fine. Simple, modern and clean. No telephone in rooms but as everybody uses a mobile… Shower doors need some repair, one plug only for both TV and fridge requires some energy resources management. Breakfast is served, no buffet. OK for few nights stay but eggs, eggs and eggs again risks being boring for a long stay. Place with lot of foreign experts, foreign police officers etc. Few meters from a very nice local style restaurant
