We recommend the Liset Kotor Private Tour for 4 1/2 hours which included a short boat ride to see this island and church. The guided tour inside the church was well done and I particularly liked the little museum pieces with old sewing machines. Toilets were available and clean on the island.

We had Dejanna meet us at the cruise ship terminal and take us to the mini van for the 6 of us retired folk. Liset was terrific and interesting and appreciated our areas of interest. We took a boat to Our Lady of The Rock which was again just the 6 of us and very pleasant. We had a guided tour of the church. We enjoyed having a local walk us around Perast with beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor and could easily see where our cruise ship had arrived through the tiny passage. Then we had a mini van back to the Old Town & walking tour with Dejanna. Excellent.

Me and my mum were in Kotor for just 3 hours but Liset made every minute count. She was so friendly and really brought the history of Montenegro to life. We took a boat to the Lady of the Rocks (my favourite part) which is worth a see.

It was great having this tour booked as when we got to the drop off point she fought off all of the other tour guides battling for our cash.

On the way back to the old town she continued the descriptive, thoroughly enjoyable history lesson in immaculate english. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a guided tour of Kotor!

Even when we parted ways, she helped with our next moves by recommending other sites to see and a great little restaurant for lunch.

My family and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our tour guide, Liset, met us right outside the port terminal carrying a sign with my name. We met the driver in the parking lot and jumped right into the black Mercedes minivan to begin the tour. Liset, spoke great English and had a wide knowledge of the country and the sites we visited. During our stop in Njegusi, the driver was able to arrange a visit to a pork smokehouse owned by a street merchant. We sampled the local ham, cheese, and liquor and felt like local Montenegrins. After this we stopped in Cetinje to see the museum of King Nikola and the monastery. On our way out of the town, we got some local coffee (similar to Turkish coffee in that you have to avoid the sediments). After visiting Cetinje, we passed through the ritzy beach town of Budva, which looked like it would be a great place to visit at night. As we finished our tour, we had to hurry to catch our cruise ship. Our driver understood our urgency and got us back to the dock in Kotor with enough time to get back to the ship. Overall, this tour was a great way to spend a afternoon in Kotor and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We hired a car and picked Liset up over the border (no-fuss border, BTW) and she guided us around for about 12 hours and fitted in more than you could reasonably expect - the full rim of Bay of Kotor, including Perast and a ferry out to the Lady of the Rocks, Kotor itself (mind-blowing), the Mausoleum in the mountains above Kotor where you can see 5 countries (Albania, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia and Italy) - what a spectacular ascent, the ancient capital (Cetinje), the coast (Budva, its old town, Sveti Stefan) and a ferry ride across the Bay. It's about 300km if you see everything, and we were back in Dubrovnilk for a 9pm dinner at Dubrovnik Restaurant (very good for reference).
Liset is very smart, articulate and knowledgeable, and the first person to give us a relatively non-partisan overview of the conflicts in the area from the 1980s. She's also delightful, and you'll have a fun day with her.
