The restaurant is located at Petrovaradin fortress, in a line of restaurants, but the quality of food and service makes it stand out.
The review saying that there are seperate menus for foreigners and domestic people is ludicrous in my opinion, since the staff is really polite and you can get great recommendations and help if you need it, be it the food or getting around the city. Prices are okay, matching the overall prices in Novi Sad, giving you a breath taking view included.
If you want the best experience, I would recommend to come before your meal, get a table reservation, walk around the fortress, enjoy the views, relax, work up an appetite and return for your meal with a breathtaking view of Novi Sad.
The number 9 bus takes you to the fortress, there's a lot of taxi's, and in the end you can walk, but it is a lengthy simple walk from the city centre.

We only stopped here for refreshments, an it was a good experience. Waiter was immediately ready for our order, also waiter's recommendation of freshly squeezed juice was spot on. Location of this restaurant is lovely and offers good rest after nice and long walk. Prices were as expected, fast service and lovely views.

Where to begin? We knew we were in for a bad time when we were handed menus that had higher prices than the ones they were giving the Serbians. We noticed this when my girlfriend went to check another item on a menu that somebody else had. We confronted the manager after the meal, who flat-out denied that this was intentional, said the lower priced menu was a mistake, and that "everyone makes mistakes." Even though they were charging the other tables the lower prices.

We ordered a caprese salad and a šopska salad to start with. After waiting a solid 45 minutes, the salads came out. The šopska was nothing special, but not bad. The caprese, however, was atrocious. The mozzarella was rubbery and without flavor, and the tomatoes tasted like the most bland, flavorless grocery store tomatoes I've ever tried. For the first time in my life, I sent the caprese back as it was basically inedible. The manager unapologetically told us that this is how mozzarella tastes in Serbia, and chastised us for not liking it. WHAT?! To her credit, she did eventually cave and remove the caprese from our bill.

I asked for a beer to come with my meal, which was never delivered, and the fish that we ordered for the main course was completely flavorless. Literally nothing was done to it except being fried.

When we asked for our bill, the waiter completely ignored us and we had to go to the manager to pay it. We are not picky eaters, but this was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had at a restaurant. A simple apology or even no words at all would have been acceptable, but instead the manager came out to yell at us for wasting her food and asking for the normal-priced menu.

Hostile staff, bland disgusting food, and deceptive prices. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

We went here as a bit of a celebration (having gone to Arhiv and realised the tax man had closed it down!). We were welcomed with open arms! The waiter told us to have the special which was a slow cooked meat dish. It was sooooooo delicious with yummy potatoes and usual order of sopska salata, pecene paprike... Also the wine selection was good. You would have to be pretty bad to make a meal (excuse the pun) of a restaurant in such a stunning location. It was nice that in fact they do bother to make the effort and serve decent food.
Our waiter was friendly, a bit too friendly in that he kept checking if we were ok and complimented us on our great Serbian (how we giggled since most of our party were native Novi Sad...). But better than the other way so it was fine. Really nice place! Especially for a special occasion, date, or just to get out of town.
