“Far away from fine dining”
Reviewed August 30, 2012

Went there with a friend ( local fellow ) who tried to prepare me for miracles to come.Ambience was very poor, we set at the first floor and I felt like eating in factory. The food was ok, we had beef carpaccio and chicken wings and after that some chicken and lamb ( mostly bones with just a little bit of meat ) but there were two things that were really bad: service ..the waiters were almost fighting in front of us, unpolite and unpleasant, very unproffesional and the other thing was the bill that was too expencive even for the Europian standards .Shame that my friend was really embaresed.

“very good restaurant in novi sad center”
Reviewed May 31, 2012

this restaurant is located in novi sad center off the main road in an old renovated house with a very nice open air garden/terrasse to eat.

the lamb chops are excellent and very delicious and the beef and goose liver carpaccio is outstanding.

take a great local white wine and as aperitif a local schnapps (rakija)
you can take any of the desserts - all of them are phantastic the chocolate was my favorite.

nice atmosphere, excellent service (also english speakers) and very good cuisine.

this is a very recommendable restaurant.

“VERY GOOD”
Reviewed April 17, 2012

After 3 days of stay in Serbia, this is the best restaurant of all. Very tasteful food, rich menu, nice place, very good service, smoking area. A real restaurant. For me the only restaurant in Serbia which it is worth to go. A little bit more expensive than other restaurants but everything is forgotten after you have finished eating the dessert.

“Exquisite!”
Reviewed March 28, 2012

The restaurant is located in a quite street near the city center, very close to the Serbian National Theater.

They do have parking available on site, which is helpful.

Now on to the more important parts:

We sat outside, the setting is beautiful, with a dark yellow/orange/saffron colored building that houses the restaurant.
The service is exquisite, attentive, warm and pleasant. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a 7.

They have a good wine list and you should definitely ask their sommelier about his recommendations, he very forthcoming and experienced.

On to the food:

I had the french onion soup, which was alright, nothing stellar, but nice overall.
My sister had the spinach soup, which was very very good.

Between the courses, we were served with a lemon sorbet, to cleanse the palate.
Very thoughtful.

For the main course, my sister had the duck breast in port sauce and rosemary mashed potatoes and it was terrific!
Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned and with a very nice presentation.
I opted for the osso buco which is served with fettucini pasta, like the duck breast, it was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.

We were full, else we would have opted for the dessert!

Can't wait to visit again!
