We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights when visiting Lviv for the first time. We were very satisfied with the high standards of this small hotel and how clean it was. Our room was perfectly clean and nicely furnished. The restaurant provides a good choice of delicious meals served by well trained staff. The hotel is a short walking distance from the centre which makes it perfect, especially for first time visitors of Lviv. Would definitely recommend it to others.

I stayed in 3 different rooms at this hotel, all of them standard. Overall, I was pretty happy with my stay in the hotel (rooms 32 and twenty something) and would have given it 5 out of 5 if I hadn't stayed the last night in the room 36 which slightly spoilt my overall impression.
I enjoyed: superb breakfast, nice comfortable beds, high quality room facilities, little roses in our bathroom and in the restaurant, friendly and fast staff, 20% restaurant discount for hotel guests, great location in central Lviv.
Opportunities for hotel's development: there was only 1 square cm of feta cheese in the whole portion of Greek salad - guys don't be so cheap! :), shabbiness of room 36 - it's time to renovate the shower and fix up the toilet as currently it runs on hot water and smells bad because of it.

I used different rooms. Luxe room is perfect - firm 5 star, halfluxe is also good, firm 4-5. Excellent interiors, facilities, additional comfort things like brushes, toothaccessories etc etc. perfect breakfast, very good central location, excellent view. But i put rank 3 just for standard rooms. They are in a big contrast with the hotel, very old bathroom with spoiled shower door , old design etc, and the worst i ve got room for smokers without asking me and it smelled very very bad, almost like in bar, for nonsmoker not very comfortable. Price for standard is minimum 1,5 higher than should be, though linens, bed, towels were ok. Still hamon for breakfast worth of staying there. Personnel also was ery pleasant and tried to help with their best.

Room Tip: Lux or half lux. Luxe windows look to backard and it is pretty quiet at night, it is perfect. If win...

This small, intimate hotel was perfect. Our room was charming with hardwood floors and plenty of space. The double paned windows kept the busy street noise from below from bothering us. The bathroom was large but the shower was small. We couldn't turn around in it! We loved the breakfast but found other spots better for dinner. The wine bar is an added feature and the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay again.

An oasis of luxury and calm in the Ukrainian city of Lviv! Friendly and helpful staff; luxurious, well equipped bedrooms and excellent food, all situated in an old, but sensitively renovated property in the heart of the old town. This hotel ticked all of the boxes for me! There is also a steam room, which is included in the room price and can be booked for individual use. Breakfast went on till 11am - always a plus! Staff were friendly and very well trained. Breakfast was excellent and the one evening meal we had at the hotel was excellent value (20% discount during our stay). Best prices were obtained on the internet.

Room Tip: I had a quiet, 2nd floor, junior suite, overlooking an internal courtyard and the roof of the restua...

It is difficult to understand why this hotel is so highly rated. The room we stayed in was extremely shabby. To be fair, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was immaculate, but the overall feel was unpleasant. Very, very dim lights, dark carpet that had seen much better days, faded and old bedspread with matching headboard that I didn't want my head touching, unmatched chairs that didn't look clean; generally speaking it wasn't a room in which to feel relaxed. The worse part of all was that we checked out, drove away and realized that my iPhone was still in the room. Mysteriously, it disappeared by the time we called reception to say it was there, then returned to look for it in person. Sticky fingers? Someone in the hotel had to have taken it. Exactly whom is not certain, but I would not recommend staying where housekeeping or reception personnel are not honest. Very disappointing.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights following previous good Trip Advisor reviews and loved it. Being a boutique hotel it naturally lacks the facilities of large hotels but it has great charm and lovely staff who are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was superb with one of the largest ranges of food options I have ever encountered. We had dinner one of the evenings a the hotel and did not regret it. This hotel is centrally located but in a fairly quiet street. Those who sleep very lightly may struggle with road noise. There is a sauna which we didn't use. As we had to leave very early on our last day, the staff made up a breakfast box for us to take. On the first day, I had failed to put my watch forward enough so we turned up for breakfast at 11.20 am, but the staff still cooked a hot breakfast especially for us. Excellent service - you'd never get this from a chain hotel. Lastly, the rooms are large and reasonably well-equipped, and the bathroom was very large with a gigantic and much-appreciated bath!
