The experience is worth a lot more than what you pay for. From the beginning (no signs or nothing) you are received by a serious guy asking for a password through a small window (?), I didn't have a clue and my Ukrainian friend took care of it. A guy with military outfit with a fake machine gun receives you with shots of honey vodka, and the you go to the bunker where you don't expect the amount of people and activity down there. That should give you an idea of how awesome this place is.
I won't say more because I will spoil the whole experience for you, but you definitely have to go. Go with a local, it will make things easier for translation purposes. The food is good too, and good prices.
