We booked Adria mobile homes with booking. Price was cheaper than other mobile homes. We arrived early but everything was ready. Nice home. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had big fridge, and kitchen is equippted.

Room tip: Mobile homes are 150 m from beach.

We enjoyed staying in Solaris mobile house. The house was very clean and the staff got us in before officiall check in time, because it was extremely hot that day and they wouldn't let us wait in the car. We would recommend this camp site!

We booked 2 weeks at Solaris Mobile homes with Go4Camp with our 2 teenage boys. We booked this resort because the advertisement indicated allot of possible activities for teenagers. Unfortunately the experience was not as expected. Solaris is a huge isolated holiday resort with several hotels and campground. Most of the activities and pools are only accessible with overpriced high extra charges. Our mobile home was clean and well equipped, however located between the Niko hotel and the beach club so we had techno music from 10am in the morning until 10pm in the evening and then followed by the pool restaurant music from the hotel. Well, some people might like this, we for sure didn't. The restaurants and all other services at the resort are approx 40% more expensive than outside. There is a supermarket at the campsite which is well sorted, but quite expensive. Cheaper options are in Sibenik which is a 15min drive by car. The attached waterpark which was well advertised is only for smaller kids but definitely not for teenagers. It's way beyond the standard of a water park. If you don't mind big crowd and to be ripped of on every activities and be hammered with music all day and night you might like this resort. We didn't and will not come back for sure. Last but not least it must be said that the water is fantastic as at most places in Croatia and helped us to manage the negative sides of this resort. If you want to consider this resort I recommend to evaluate carefully all the pros and cons to avoid disappointment

Suncamp Solaris - we spent a fortnight at Suncamp Solaris and never again. The Sunlodges in Solaris were next to the mini golf course which had exploding canons, a pirate battle every 10 minutes and a running commentary from a shouting pirate (from Bristol we think) on a loop from 10.00am until 11.30 pm seven days a week.

We also had constant noise from the nearby bar which then gave way to the very loud disco which ran until 4.00am.The caravan literally rocked with sound day and night and Sunlodge head office refused to assist and move us - the team on the ground were so used to complaints about the constant noise we were even warned about it on check in - bit late then!

In addition there was no viable pool (just paddling pools or simple hotel salt water pools you were supposed to pay extra for), the Aquapark at 11 euro offered less than the free pools in other sites we have used and the main camp shop was half an hour walk away. Yes half an hour! Just a little garage near us selling a few basics - it was very obvious that our part of the site was an afterthought. Two operators had been wedged next to the entertainment, whilst the camp owned vans were nearly 1km away at the other end of the resort.
No barbeques were available and no oven in the van meant other options were limited, and so you were forced to eat in the restaurants or cook just like at home - but without the facilities.

As the site was so noisy anyway, people in caravans felt they too could make as much noise as they liked for as long as they liked - there was no curfew as in French and Italian parcs and we had to ask one group to stop partying as it was 1.30 am. We were encouraged in this by our lively, but by then very tired and irritable, teenage children. We have stayed in many holiday parcs with a number of operators so have realistic expectations of noise, proximity etc. . The whole experience was marred by the constant soundtrack - even in the sea the Europop could not be ignored.

We have seen Sunlodges at other parcs thought they would be worth a try here - Solaris has done nothing for the Suncamp brand and although we forsee many more years of this type of holiday, we won't be using Suncamp or revisiting Solaris.

What was good? The sea was fantastic - clear and perfect for snorkelling and diving (although the beach was sharp shingle and we went through a number of inflatables). The van itself was very comfortable. Boat trips from the site were great if expensive. Restaurants on site were good, but became a little 'samey' and were pricey. Sibenic was simply exquisite - just don't order the taxi via the resort as you'll end up paying a lot more than if you order one yourself. In fact taxi plus cost of meals came to about the same as eating on site, so worth doing. There is also a good supermarket on the way into town - great for buying food, earplugs and of course paracetamol for the noise induced headache and lack of sleep!

Room tip: If you want a mobile home book at the other end of the park away from the noise - but still expect an expensive holiday.

In general Solaris is a big robbery, charging everything except the air you breathe.
1. For 100and something Euros per day the camping rooms (bungalows) are not worth it. I have never experienced that a room doesn't have any towels or sheets in my life. You can rent your sheets which is ridiculous so we went and bought some so we can carry them home.
2. Internet is nonexistent. People are in the group in front of hotels so they can catch some signal which is very very slow. Of course you can PAY FOR A FASTER INTERNET, which is also ridiculous.
3. The funniest thing is that they ask from their guests to clean the apartment before they leave (floors, dishes etc) but they charge 30 Euro for cleaning hahaha (not mentioning that you don't have any sponges for dishes, any cleaning equipment)
4. Solaris decided in the middle of the season to start charging parking, so be aware of this too.(30KN per day)
5. Everything in the resort is way too expensive so I suggest you have dinners, ice cream etc in the town.
6. They want to take money on everything so it was not surprising that they even offer EXCURSION TO THE NEARBY SHOPPING CENTRE (10minutes on foot) for 9 Euro.

I will never come back there and will spend my money on something that offers better service, better beaches and normal accommodation.

Room tip: I would stay away from this place
