We had the small room on the same floor as the "lobby," which is upstairs behind the restaurant (one goes through the restaurant and up the stairs to the back to get in).
The hotel location was great, just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge to the old town. Parking on the street was not a problem - we arrived mid-day and found a spot on the street very close by and later moved the car to almost right in front of the restaurant.
The bedroom itself was small, but there was a small side room with a desk which we used as a oversized closet (we did not use the small closet in the entry hallway). There was no minifridge in the room. The bathroom was small but functional. The towels were a bit coarse, but that is because they dry them on a clothes lines (we saw this from the deck upstairs - there are no good views from the deck, as they are blocked by other buildings).
As for a night's sleep, it was decent. We had our windows open slightly, but noise from the restaurant was not a problem. We could hear the children who were staying upstairs run up and down the staircase. Also, a neighbor's dog barked late into the night.
As mentioned, we were only there for one night, and it suited our purposes.
