What a wonderful retreat among the gardens and grove! As a long-time solo traveler I felt welcome here in this lovely spot and ever so relaxed watching the sunset from my open windows. Zadar can be seen from the upstairs window yet the noise of the city remains at a distance. There is wonderful seating around a small crystal clear pool and rose bushes.
Ines is a lovely woman and her beautiful paintings are seen throughout.

What an amazing stay! Ines and the staff couldn't have been more helpful - always checking we had what we needed, booking tours and taxis! My husband and I slept perfectly and loved the restaurants nearby (especially Konoba Galeb) - much nicer than those in Old Town. The walk to Town was okay, about 2km or 25mins. WiFi was perfect! We fell in love with Croatia and would definitely stay here again.
NOTE: If anyone is visiting from Australia, bring Ines something to remind her of her Melbourne childhood ;)

Room Tip: There isn't a lift so if stairs are a problem bare that in mind. Otherwise, we loved being on the upper floors with our views of the sea and Old Town.

Very beautiful, modern villa with nice and well decorated rooms.
It has a big pool and garden. It is well connected with city center and the parking and the internet is free.
Nearby the villa were restaurants, caffe bars, clubs, a market and beaches.
Bed was really comfortable and that is not so common for hotels.
The staff was really helpful and professional.
We enjoyed staying here and we will definitely come again.

If you can get past the distinctive (retro?) decor this is a fantastic little hotel with good Air Con (essential in the hot Croatia Summer!) and a nice pool and out-door seating area.

Our room had plenty of space and a nice veranda. Shower had good pressure. Bed was comfortable. Overall a good nights sleep.

Staff spoke fluent english and were all very pleasant and helpful (even when we checked in at 23:30 - thanks Ryanair!).

Room Tip: The room we stayed in was the furthest from the WiFi Router. :-( So if having access to email/facebook is important to you ask for a room over-looking the pool (where the WiFi signal is strongest)
