We were hoping to hear sting, clear sounds from the sea organ. Sadly, this was not the case. We arrived around lunch time, and maybe the tide was too low. There were loud crowds of people, and we just couldn’t hear anything other than the occasional low hum.

The view was nice.

My children and I loved the sea organ! Don’t miss sunset here, it’s the best. Also, you can swim right here, so wear your swimsuit and bring a towel if you’d like.

Don’t miss the salute to the sun-it’s very close and worth making the trip in the late afternoon to enjoy both attractions.

The waves of the Adriatic Sea put water and air through the sea organ's pipes creating a background of hypnotic sounds. During the day, the organ's promenade is full of visitors and families, but as night falls the steps of the organ give way to couples of all ages.

You need to just relax and hang out here for a while. Great place to reflect on life. Wait for a larger boat to pass by and really bring out the sound of the organs!

I've never seen - or heard! - anything quite like this before. The manmade "organ" pipes are installed along the seawall with openings to the walkway above. As waves hit the seawall, they pound against the pipes and make low moaning sounds the reverberate, often make chords that sound eerie and mystical.
