“A good place to stay”
Reviewed August 7, 2013

The hotel is a couple of miles north to the center of Zadar, but it is well connected since there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. The concrete/pebble "beach" is just outside the hotel which is really convenient. There are a few restaurants near the hotel and one in the hotel, but I recommend eating in the old town instead.
The room we got looked newly renovated with beautiful decor including a really nice bathroom. We had a balcony with a partial ocean view. There are free WiFi in the rooms and it works most of the time, and there is also a free safe.
The cleaning of the room was really sloppy the first 4-5 days but after we complained the cleaning became spotless. We only experienced friendly staff. The only thing that could make the hotel better was refrigerators in the rooms. We recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for four days, and at first we really liked the place. Location was good, near to the sea, easy to get to the city by bus right outside the hotel. There where also a supermarket, bakery and a restaurant nearby. The room had a balcony which was nice! But the hotel manager was really rude. In fact, i have never met anyone who behaved like this before. There were some misunderstandings about checkout, because we were leaving at night, and the reception closed at 11 pm. Then he practically yelled at us, and was really offencive. He ruined our whole experience at this hotel. I would never stay here again.

Just stayed here for a week at the beginning of the season. Most of the staff were very helpful and our room was clean but pretty basic. You can book a room, b&b or rent an apartment here, right next to the beach & on the direct bus route to Zadar city. We ate dinner a couple of times in the restaurant. The food was lovely although the selection a bit limited and the daily set menu seemed very good value if you can eat a big lunch (!) We chose not to opt for the continental breakfast at 9 euros each, which is pretty steep.
You're very aware of other guests because of the nature of the building, so if you get considerate neighbours, you'll be ok.

Room Tip: Check everything works (!). If not, its put right promptly however.

We stayed at Pansion Delfin in Zadar, The rooms was ok and clean and balcon had reasently been made to the rooms,
The restaurant was very good and all the staff at the hotel was extremely polite and helpfull.
Pick up from, and transport to, the airport could be arranged by the hotel.
Just outside for the bus to Zadar old city stopped and for 10 kuna one way you could go to the old part of the city, which is very pretty and clean. The bus had 1/2 hour service.
Our experience was good and we can recommend it to everybody.

Room Tip: All rooms is situated on the side of the hotel and all appartment are facing the sea. But the hotel...

We stayed at Pansion Delfin for a week and it was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant served nice food quickly and was a really enjoyable place to sit overlooking the sea. The location was perfect for us, as it was on a direct bus route to the centre of Zadar but the road was still quiet and peaceful. There was a small beach directly outside the hotel which was useful in the evenings. Overall, a lovely stay.

We lived one week in this nice hotel and we loved it! We had the top apartment, a totally new refurbished room. The room was big and the bed was gorgeous ! Nice and big veranda with the best view.
The chef is exemptional and served us the most excellent food. The staff is greate, always with a smile on they're face. We will most certainly come back.
