Walked 25 minutes on a lovely evening from Park Plaza Histria
Nice welcome and a leisurely meal
The waiter ( the only one) in this small establishment was understated but at the same time enthusiastic . An apperative was given ( a choice) The bread and olive oil were a taste of things to come following an explanation of the oil in the condiment tray and than a second bottle of local oil that was stronger, it was ameal in itself with warm bead and salt - the oil was excellent
Again than an explanation of the menu with the bass all sold I had ravioli to start blue fish rolls my wife had scallops with truffle and a steak with green pepper sauce. The waiter matched the wine he said wait till you have decided what you want than I will recommend a wine- he got it spot on
To full for desert but coffee and the obligatory digestive on the house. Got a taxi back ( another couple shared the cab as we were at the same hotel) now writing this with fond memory and a wine 'buzz'
All excellent cannot fault the place- booked agin for our last night

Perfect service delivered by a passionate Croatian guy. Perfect wine match going with the best food so far in this trip arround the balcans. The down side would be the efficiency of service but it is worth it to waitttttttt. Great place
