My family and I had a fabulous two-night stay in this bright, cheerful apartment in the heart of Old Dubrovnik. It was a very convenient base for sightseeing and the breakfast in the Caffe Festival a few minutes away was superb. The owner was very helpful in giving us advice before our trip and ensuring that we had everything we needed when we got there. Highly recommended!
The location is perfect!
Is in the center of the old town and near to the beach.
The apartment is new, clean and very confortable.
We stay there with our two cildren and our dog and we enjoy very much the holiday.
The owner was very helpfull and kind with us and provided us every tourist information.
It was a great holiday!
Beautifully decorated apartment and contains everything you need. Stayed here with my husband and two young children. There are a few steps and an uphill walk to the apartment but we managed fine with our pushchair. Being an apartment there is general noise from the owners of the apartment above (not a holiday let) walking around above but they were always quiet by 10.30pm. Location is perfect for exploring the old town and when we had questions during the week the owner responded to our messages sometimes within minutes. Excellent hospitality, highly recommended.
The apartment is lovely - spacious, clean, good amenities and quiet! Far enough away from the Stradun for quiet but close enough to walk within 5 minutes. Excellent washing machine, internet and AC. Awesome restaurant just a 2 minute walk uphill from apartment - Kopun. Damir provided a good orientation to the apartment and area and Petrica checked in via email a few times. The staff at the Café Festival were also very helpful during my included in price morning breakfast. Overall, a very lovely experience. Would happily return and recommend to other travelers.
the apartment was fine a lot of steps to get to it not the best for the elderly it has two TV's one in the bedroom there was plenty of hot water none to the kitchen sink until I turned the valve on under the sink! No oven and the pendulum lights over the breakfast bar are way to low and I kept banging my head against them and they are big heavy brass lights a few Kg's each. No directions where to put rubbish when under sink bin was full, good supply of pots and pans, crockery etc witch was a good thing as to eat out in Dubrovnik is the most expensive place I have ever come across £9 for two coffees diner for 2 will start at around £50+ that's for the cheapest if you have something like steak £100 + AMICO were very good for tours etc

There can't be a better location, better apartment, total comfortable. Clean . Everything ten out out ten. Wonderful host too
My partner and I stayed at the Petra apartment at the beginning of July, we were given instructions by Petrica on how to get to the cafe to then be given the key and shown the apartment. It was very easy and communication was fantastic. The location of the apartment was amazing, seconds from beautiful cafes and resturaunts and the main square, where we were given free breakfast every morning. The apartment was seconds from the buza bar where it is lovely to have an afternoon drink or jump off the rocks, and only a few minutes from banje beach. Walking around the old town is so picturesque and like a dream.. The beautiful walls walk is a must to take in the views.
The apartment itself was lovely to come home to after spending hours in the sun, with great aircon, it was modern and clean, with washing machine, great shower, big comfortable bed, two TV's and efficient wifi. We couldn't have asked for anything else!
I can't recommend the apartment enough, and I will definitely be back.
Thank you Petrica and Damir!
