This is really moving, a well set out exhibition and the story is well written and makes you understand what happened and how awful it must have been for the people.

This is a must see when visiting Dubrovnik. To think of the atrocities that took place only 20 years ago. It is difficult to imagine what it must have been like living here during the war. The pictures are very moving and you cannot be anything but moved by the hardened look on the faces of the local people, especially the children. To wander down the Stradun now and to see images of it on fire and under attack is difficult to imagine.

Brutally honest, stunning photos show how little glory there is to war. Tricky to work out the chronology from the attendant literature, and challenging to get a handle on the different factions and issues involved, even from subsequent reading.

The museum of war photos is just inside the old city walls of Dubrovnik. It chronicles the disintegration of the former Yugoslavia is a series of candid war photos and multi media slide shows. You ought not to miss this exhibit.

It's really a must-see for anybody who's remotely interested in the impact the war had on Croatia, on Dubrovnik, and on the people. Brutal, honest, great photography.
