“Picnic Trip”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

Although the staff on the boat that brought us on this trip were fantastic we were very disappointed with what we saw on the island. There was no tour given on any of the islands and we only saw the main village on each. A day to Lockrum is much better spent.

“Three Island Tour”
Reviewed July 25, 2013

We booked the tour in our hotel. I enjoyed the trip, which was on an old fashioned wooden boat. However I think the visit to Kolocep was a waste of time as there wasn't much to see especially in the time we had there. There was a similar time constraint at Sipan and as it appeared to be a more interesting island it would have been better to have spent more time there and given Kolocep a miss. Lopud was a busier island, with more shops and restaurants. The boat spent longer there (about 3 hours) so there was time for a swim as well as the opportunity to explore a little further away from the port. The food on the boat (salads, chicken and fish) was good and the staff and guides friendly. It was difficult (or depending on where you sat, impossible) to hear any announcements made on the boat which was frustrating, even though one of the english speaking guides was aware of this and did her best to keep us informed. The Croatian musicians who entertained us on the boat were good and had a wide repertoire of ethnic songs from all over the world.

“3 island boat tour from Zaton Bay”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

We had a great time visiting the 3 main Elafiti islands as part of a day-long boat tour, getting picked up and dropped off from right outside our apartment in Zaton Bay. Absolutely beautiful trip over to the islands, sun shining on gorgeous seas. One hour was sufficient to see each of Kolocep and Sipan islands, however we nearly had 3 hours on Lopud, with the highlight there being Sunj beach (we were lazy and took the golf cart taxis). Definitely a slower pace of life on the islands compared to Dubrovnik. The other people on the boat were a friendly bunch, just like ourselves, normal people just wanting to chill out and relax. The captain kept us entertained on the way back by playing traditional Croatian folk music and asking some of the single ladies out to dance. The meal provided was very tasty, either fish or chicken with a decent portion of salad.

“Elaphiti Island Tour”
Reviewed July 17, 2013

We decided to do this tour after visiting the office on Cavtat . I think they were called the Adriana Tours. We were told that we would have 1 hour on the two smaller islands and 2 hours on Lopud. This turned out to be 1/2 hr on the two smaller islands and 2 1/2 hrs on Lopud. !/2hr is only long enough to get off boat and walk to toilets then back on again. The 'lunch' was aweful and if you chose a meat option consisted of 2 pieces of tough chicken and some sort of coleslaw. I am sure that there are better boat trips where you get some sort of commentary but this is not the case on this tour and basically consists of 3 11/2 hrs on the islands and 5hrs travelling. The leaflet said the boat capacity was for 54 passengers when in fact there were considerably more than that. Definitely not worth the 250 kuna per person
