This hotel has a great location inside the walls of the old town. Our room, a superior twin was reasonably sized. There was a bath and walk in shower. The air conditioning was quiet and effective.

Our room overlooked a square with a picturesque farmers' market every morning but the sound proofing was so good we were never troubled by the noise.

The staff were helpful and were prepared to carry our baggage to the city gates to catch a bus or taxi.

There was one area which I think might be improved. The breakfast is served in their terrace restaurant with waiter service rather than a buffet. This means the meal has to be a leisurely affair. We actually timed our last meal and it was nine minutes for our drinks to arrive and twenty minutes for the food. Apart for a party of four there was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived.

We did have a slight misunderstanding with the chambermaid and had to ask for our room to be made up when we out for dinner as it had not been done. The oversight was corrected immediately and I look at this as an example of how things can go wrong no matter how good the organisation.

If you like leisurely breakfasts with cold meats and fruits impeccably presented you will find this a fantastic hotel. If you don't you will still enjoy it.

The picture of the market with red umbrellas is from our room, the view across the city is from a landing window.

The service was excellent, and our room was comfortable and charming. The hotel has perfect location in the heart of the old city. We had an excellent breakfast, and the staff was most helpful in helping us navigate the beautiful old town. It's a lovely place to stay.

We stayed six night at the Pucic Palace in the Family Room on the fourth (top) floor. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. We loved the boutique feel of the property and ability to easily access the city. We took advantage of the location with early morning or evening walks when the city is less busy and the weather is ideal.

The rooms themselves were comfortable. We liked the beds and they brought in a rollaway bed for our youngest allowing us to sleep 5 comfortably. Being the top floor, the rooms had vaulted ceilings and priceless views. (Our only knock was that there was an unpleasant smell from the bathrooms - likely due to the changing weather. While the Pucic Palace team was helpful in trying to address it, it never fully went away.)

The included breakfast was substantial and we liked that it was a la carte. The servers were professional and kind and treated us well. We also had a lunch and dinner in the hotel and found them to be amongst one of our better meals. The front desk team - notably Alem - was incredibly helpful with excursions, recommendations, etc. We booked a boat tour, trip to Mostar, and airport transfers and were very pleased with the quality of the vehicles.

While I suspect there may be more luxurious rooms in and around Dubrovnik, one would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable and centrally-located hotel.

Location does not get more central. We stayed here for 2 nights and though it is an expensive hotel it is worth every kuna. I'd recommend getting a room with a balcony. Service is friendly and very helpful. You should also check out their winebar, excellent value!

Excellent. Went with my family of five and stayed for two nights in two rooms.

Great location, right by a square with a farmer's market and a couple restaurants. For Game of Throne fans, it's also on the street with the "shame" steps.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the city. In particular, Sanja at the main desk was great.

Breakfast at their restaurant on the terrace was included and quite good. They also have a wine bar next door - didn't try the food there, but the wine was nice.

Rooms are somewhat small (but comfortable) by American standards, but understandable given the limited space in the Old City.
