“Enjoying a Dubrovnik stay without the touristy mess”

Lapad, the neighborhood of this apartment, is definitely the place to stay in Dubrovnik. It is far from the hustle and bustle of the walled city, but feels close, especially if you have a car.
The apartment itself is very good, with open space kitchen, two great bedrooms and a living room that is both inviting and relaxing. The drawback is the bathrooms. The second one is small and I would not count on it as more than a 1/2 bath.
Our host was excellent, providing us with tips about the city and region. I would definitely go back.

“Absolutely Perfect End to a Holiday”

Staying at Azure was a perfect end to a 2 week trip with my husband and our friends from Sweden. The apartment is beautiful (both inside and outside spaces), comfortable and fully equipped with beach towels, snorkeling equipment and even a stocked refrigerator with wine/beer and basic staples. The apartment had everything we needed/wanted. It was very nice to have an elevator after the hundreds of stairs we climbed at our previous rental outside the Old Town. The location is amazing. Close to stairs down to the water, the main restaurant/bar area of Lapad and beautiful beaches. The Old Town is fairly close and easily accessible by taxi or bus, but we had already had spent 3 days there and never felt the need to leave Lapad once we arrived. Ivana was very responsive throughout the rental process and helped us arrange cabs to the airport when we finally had to depart. I absolutely would return to Apartment Azure!

“Elegant, well furnished, comfortable, great location”

The title says it all! This lovely apartment in the Lapad area is just a short taxi ride from the old city, yet peaceful and feels exclusive. There are lovely beaches just a couple of minutes walk and one can swim off the steps to the azure Adriatic all along the path by the apartment.

We were greeted by the owner Ivana. She is a classy and elegant lady and the apartment reflects this.

The kitchen was well stocked with not only essentials like bread, milk. Butter, jam but also beer, juice, soft drinks, fresh juice, white wine and for our anniversary - a lovely bottle of fizz and a hand painted card! It is the little touches which made our stay special.

Whatever one may need on holiday, Ivana was already a step ahead - shampoo, conditioner, towels for the beach, factor 50 sunscreen, make up remover pads, even snorkelling gear! We used the 15 minute wash on the machine for our daily swimwear wash (detergent and softener, clothes peg and aired were all provided).

Now the accommodation - it is even better than the photos, light, airy, spacious....great quality linen, comfortable beds. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, plenty of pots and pans, lovely crockery ...nothing was missing. Even food bags for our picnic! More organised than my own house :))
We were given excellent directions to the local restaurants and supermarkets - all within a few minutes. On site car park and lift access were an added bonus.
I would go back at the drop of a hat!
