The recent reviews sum this restaurant up very well. The service was very good. The dishes that we had (beef strog, veg lasagna, pizza marg and salmon) were all quite nice. We sat at a nice table outside and the restaurant was busy. Quite expensive though. You will arrive at this restaurant quite early on when you arrive in the Old City. If you are v hungry and they have tables, then no problem in eating here. There are many more further down though and particularly in side streets up one or two flights of stairs.

I normally avoid anywhere that approaches you on the street to eat there, but time and hunger was against us.

Our family contains a veggie, a health based dietary requirement, a fussy eater and a fussy customer - not an easy group! ;)

We were all fed and served well.

The fish soup in particular was lovely.

We would go back again.

We stopped there for dinner on a Sunday night. We chose the place after seeing someone else's meat dish (it was well served and looked good). We ordered the smoked tuna (actually pretty good), a sea food risotto (rice not properly cooked and too many shells - one has to be careful while eating) and a fish plate (the most expensive dish on the menu, and definitely not worth it: the smallest fish fillet I've seen and a skewer with two small prawns - for 158 kunas). The service was Ok.

We had a vegitable lasagne (6/10), beef stroganoff (8/10), greek salad (small portion no lettuce 3/10), meat lasagene (little paste lots of sauce 3/10), grilled fish (6/10). Good service, nice restaurant, expensive for the quality of food, but wouldn't go back again.

Given a wobbling table at the door we ordered our food and sat down to wait. The drinks arrived. Watch out for the smallest glasses of wine seen in many years of travelling (10ml - as correctly described by the menu). The food arrived in record time which was surprising given that my wife ordered a seafood risotto. We found out why after the first mouthful - the rice was not properly cooked. With a mouthful of crunchy rice, the appetite disappeared and we made our displeasure known and left.
