As with all touristic places, it is not always easy to find a good restaurant. Dubrovnik Old Town is full of cafes and restaurants but many of them look rather overpriced and of average quality (at least in comparison to some of the great places we ate at in other parts of Croatia). So we were very happy to find Oliva Gourmet, which had a great value for money, at least considering it was in the heart of the old city.
We had mussels, a grilled fish fillet and a chicken main and everything was very nice and fresh. All accompanied by a nice local white wine.
If you are in Dubrovnik and like us looking for a decent place to have your lunch or dinner - have no fear, this is a place worthy to be tried out.
