This was our second visit to Dubrovnik & yet again we were not disappointed. Villa Sigurata is situated In the Old Town, behind the Cathederal in a quiet little street. Nikolina, the owner, is very helpful & friendly, she made suggestions of places to visit using the local buses, these made perfect days out. As we have stayed with Nikolina before we were welcomed like old friends, it was a lovely start to our holiday. Our room was nice, clean & comfortable & only a short stroll from all the restaurants, cafes & shops.A perfect base to explore the old Town. If we visit Dubrovnik again we would most certainly stay here.

Nikolina is an excellent hostess who ensures her guests are very well looked after. We stayed three nights and were very comfortable. Our ensuite room was well appointed and the annex building's shared kitchen facilities were very handy. We were just near multiple restaurants, the cathedral, daily markets, a bakery and a supermarket. Nikolina is a very friendly and helpful persons who gave us some excellent restaurant suggestions, as well as sharing some fascinating stories. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We spent two nights at Villa Sigurata and the manager, Nikoljna, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and conveniently located. The kitchenette was a bonus - free tea and coffee. The location is just perfect for seeing Dubrovnik and also for the airport bus on arrival.

We stayed for a week at Villa Sigurata and have to say it was a lovely place to stay. Nikolina made us very welcome and have us lots of ideas on what to do and where to eat. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend that people stay here.

My partner and I stayed at Villa Sigurata during May 2014. Nikolina, the Manager, was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. From making the booking Nikolina emailed the offer of a transfer - which we didn't need as the public transport is very easy - but also directions to the hotel from the entrance to the old walls (it is very easy to find from the directions given).

We stayed in the Annex which is a short wall from where we met Nikolina and I would highly recommend the Annex for anybody wanting to stay inside the old walls of Dubrovnik.

The room was clean and spacious; you can see it has been renovated yet it maintains the ambiance of the old town. Villa Sigurata is the perfect location inside the city walls and it is also very reasonably priced. Everything is within walking distance so I really do struggle to fault the place.

Room Tip: I stayed in the Annex and was very happy with the Annex room

Good location inside the city walls. Close to all the attractions. Nikolina had to meet us at the cathedral --- i think it is because it would take us forever to find the place ourselves.

Place was clean and nicely renovated.

Coffee / tea is provided. There are a lot of places to get breakfast in the city.

Just a note: rooms are a bit small. With limited space. (if you care)

We stayed at Villa Sigurata in May 2014. Nikolina (the owner) greeted us by name on our arrival, and the excellent service continued throughout our stay. The room was fresh, clean, nicely renovated so that it is modern, but still retains a taste of the old town. The location is very nice as well, being very convenient to get to and from the major sites, but also quiet. For being located in the Old Town with a lot of stone structures all around, they had very good Wi-Fi connectivity. Do be aware that payment is cash only, but she accepts both Euro and Kuna, and there are plenty of easily accessible ABM machines in the Old Town.
