We stayed at this hotel for six nights last summer. We had booked the rooms on booking.com. We had booked 2 family suites with garden view and balcony. The price was a total of 3840 Euro. When we arrived at the rooms there were no balcony, and the rooms were below garden level with only a dark terrasse. No garden, but just a muddy ground. After consulting booking.com they sent a request to the hotel about change of rooms. Since the hotell was full, only one room could be changed. The other room was changed after three days. We expected the hotel to somehow compensate the inconvenience for us. But nothing! We spent some amount of energy on this, and the vacation became not what we had expected. That is why I think the service is good as long as you as a guest dont make a problem for them. If you do, its like talking to a wall.
The spa was also a problem since the person who did pedicure was on vacation..The girl who was going to do the treatment had little training and I had to come back twice and use my own nail polish to make it right.

Words can not describe our time spent here. From our room to the staff and restaurants everything was 5 star. The view and private shoreline = amazing. My wife and I had the privilege of meeting the GM of the resort Tom who did nothing but help make our stay an unforgettable one. Thanks to everyone at resort for the memories and pray it wont be too long before we return.

This was a quick weekend get way for our family and it could not have been any better!!! The room (actually rooms) were amazing and the cleanliness of everything was outstanding. We had an ocean view family room with a separate bedroom with a bathroom. The main room had a kitchenette and massive amounts of closet space along with another full bathroom - that was a great bonus. The Breakfast was amazing with an outdoor seating option that allowed you to enjoy the incredible water view. The food was great with so many options....cold meats and cheeses, eggs to order, great coffee of any type, fresh fruits, excellent cereal options as well as wonderful meats and breads to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly from the check in desk to the breakfast to the pool and spa staff. They never seemed to be put out by your questions or request for recommendations. There were multiple indoor and outdoor pool options as well as an expansive area of chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the water...which was cold but so clear and enjoyable. Highly recommend that you bring water shoes and a mask and snorkel if you plan on getting in the water. There is a bus stop less than 3 minute walk from the hotel that takes you directly downtown Dubrovnik. You can buy the bus tickets from the concierge in the hotel as well as the Gondola tickets (which is right next to the walled fort in downtown). Overall one of the best getaways we have ever done and will definitely be back.

Room tip: Spend the money and get an Ocean view - you will not regret it!!!!

My husband and i stayed her twice whilst traveling around croatia. Staff super friendly and always helpful. Rooms very modern, clean and the most comfortable bed ever. We requested the same room twice and we got it. The view from any area of resort is breath taking. Right on the beach. Resturant has amazing food of all cultural kind. Quiet and luxurious a fabulous place to stay. Bus service just up the path into town. Staff at resort can also organize tours for you also.

Customer service was second to none. Spoke English better than most people in England/Ireland. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every morning. The views over the Adriatic Sea were breathtaking. Overall an excellent experience and one which we will have again.
