The hotel is very well located in front of the Islands and Adriatic sea. The breakfast was very rich with several choices. The personnel were always friendly and available. The swimming pool is really lovely with a nice Jacuzzi and Sauna. We really hope to come back soon.

This hotel is simply excellent. We spent 4 nights at Hotel Importanne over news years from 2014 - 2015. Everything about this hotel was great, from the reception staff, the rooms and facilities to the breakfast. There's not much car parking available but they don't mind people along the side of the main entrance anyway so that's ok.

The wifi worked great, which is always handy, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Everything you'd hope from a hotel.

Importanne Resort was my wonderful experience during my stay in Dubrovnik.
The resort consist of five hotels located at Babin Kuk at Lapad peninsula.
The resort bars and restaurants are amazing.
Restaurants La Castile and Zoe were good and daily breakfast was good.
It is a great location above sea with very good bus service to the old city.
Bus ride is only 15 minutes.
The resort is lacking though any kind of entertainment in the evening,
I would stay there again

Room Tip: Rooms on the south side with balconies

Rooms are great - location is great - staff is great . Great for small- medium conferees. Its an excellent place to spend your vacation in Dubrovnik with a great pool and nice beach. I would be back there both on business and pleasure.

Room Tip: All the hotels in the resort are nice. But one is a 4 star.

Arriving and checking in was with a very efficient if slightly frosty young lady. It must have been a momentary lapse as after this encounter, every visit to reception was met with nothing but exemplary service.
We were directed to our room which had a sea view although slightly obscured, but who sits in their room and looks at the view on a short stay (ours was 3 nights). The hotel we booked was the Neptun, but we actually were put into the Ariston. Breakfast was a buffet and I would say typical European buffet breakfast fare, right in the middle average.
The breakfast area becomes a buffet dining room at night and although we didn't eat there we did look around the offering and it looked varied and very good.
We did eat at 2 of the other restaurants in the complex Zoeys and La Castille which were both very good the latter being the best though.
The "beach" or should I say sunbathing area was perfect for us, we are not sandy beach people, although entry to the sea could be tricky with sea conditions varying.
Another great thing was although it seemed to be a long way out of town, the excellent and frequent bus service started here to the old town where it finished.
Would i stay and or recommend this hotel? Definitely.
