Hotel is clean and close to bus terminal. It's about 3km from old city. I walked it once took the bus the rest of the time. Not hard to get to old city but not ideal. The breakfast was decent. The hotel restaurant wasn't great, none of the food in Croatia is. We were treated fine but the table next to us seemed to have issues with getting charged for things they did not order.
