We went to Trstenik beach on a hot Sunday morning. We liked that there were not many people and our young boys had plenty of room to splash and make noise. Until midday I could easily count the number of people on tbe beach. Even when we left at 1:00, there was still plenty of room. The water was clear and we could see the fish in the water. Being from Australia our boys find rocky beaches challenging. We swam in an area of water with smaller stones and the boys enjoyed it. They didn't need to wear water shoes. There is a deep dip after about 5 meters.
We brang our own food so didn't eat at the beach eatery. There are some wooden benches on the beach that you can use to sit on. I didn't notice anyone using or renting out lounge chairs.
The walkway behind the beach is run down but the area feels safe. There are some some change rooms on the beach.

Not the best beach in Split in my opinion, but its always good to be on a beach and relax by the sea waves. The water wad quite clear but not crystal clear. Stones are all over, inside the ocean and outside. I had my sandals on the whole time but its not a big deal just pay attention to some stones and shells inside the water, who can be tricky

A great beach where you can swim at the crystal clear bay. There's a small beach bar but not along all the beach. Also behind Trstenik you can dive into the sea from the rocks!

A fine pebble beach not to far outside the centre of town.

It wasn’t too crowded, we visited on a Sunday, and it felt like the beach that the
locals chose to visit. There was a nice cafe bar at the far end of the beach where you could either sit in or take away drinks.

The water is so clear and the beach itself
quickly drops away to deep water with minimal rocks and little sign of sea urchins.

We came here twice in a row after an auctioned packed week.

It’s such a peaceful beach compared to those closer to split like bacvice and is really worth a 30min walk from town centre or around a £4 uber !!

It’s next to Raddison Blu and they also serve drinks and towels with the sun loungers for 100kuna per day.
