We went to check new restaurant in Split, it is on great location, very elegant. Food was very good - we found some things that usually you can't find in Splits restaurants, wine list as well, nice. It is bit pricey, but it is worthed for what you get + staff is really friendly and helpfull. Great place for romantic dinner or special night.

Newest, modernest, funnest, bestest run restaurant in Split. Great food but not pretentious.This place is run by experienced pro's bringing new levels of service and professionalism to Split culinary scene. Want to have a great meal, impress a date, or just have an enjoyable evening, this is the place. I like the burratta (mozzarella salad)steaks, the fish, the prsut (prosciutto) platter, and the crazy awesome desserts (Summer-time is my fave----the chocolate dessert is damn good too---guess who likes sweet stuff?? ;-). The only dish you might not like is saffron risotto---it tastes good if you like saffron, but if you don't like saffron you won't like this. It is particular. I liked it.

Have dinner outside on the terrace. Be sure to call ahead to reserve outside. Lunch during the summer however, unless its a non-hot day, should be had inside----just too hot on the terrace.

This place gets better every we go there. We're big fans.

The restaurant is located in center Split and yet a bit away from the promenade, Riva. So we could enjoy a well-served lunch away from the usual buzz. I love the sea view on the terrace! The prices are higher than the usual local restaurants found in Split. But the food is carefully selected and exquisitely prepared to match with the prices. The mozzarella is one of the best I've tasted. If you love olives, the olive soup is simply savory. I'm not much of a meat-eater. But the beef is cooked just right that it's tender and juicy. Together with the attentive service, the overall experience at Paradigma was very pleasant. No regret for the choice!

Excellent atmosphere and fine dinning...price range about 50euros per head for three course meal without wine-that is quite expensive but food is out of everyday league...well worth visiting but it will be hard to survive once tourists are gone-without major change in policy..domestic people expecting more (quantity) on the plate for such ammount of money but if we are talking QUALITY for each single dish than all credits to paradigma personnel...to cut a long story short-without this type of restaurant it would be really hard for split (town) to move step further in culinary/cuisine sense...

Great location, perfect and delicious food and very friendly staff. I would recommend everybody to try main dish called Cartoccio and for dessert divine chocolate cake :)
