Stay in this hotel! The location is seriously perfect; it's a cool family-owned property that's restoring/preserving (and doing it well!) a beautiful group of old cottages that sit just above the waterline and Old Town Split. It's gated, very secure, excellent service. One of the brothers even taxied us to the airport when we were leaving. Laundry? There's a drop-off place just down the street that's ridiculously cheap (compared to USD) and and also provides quick, friendly service. Everything you need is at your finger tips in this neighborhood and you're also at the opposite side of the harbor than the cruise ships, which is nice. In fact, Garden Apartment Hotel is adjacent to a huge green space, perfect for walking, jogging, taking sunset pics, etc. This property is the ideal jumping pad for a Split experience!

I stayed here for a couple of nights. I loved my apartment, it was spacious and very clean. Great shower too, not something you always get in Greece.
The owner was very helpful and friendly.

This is the perfect stay in Split. Close to everything. Very Good service and clean room. Every room have their own gardenplace, very central, walking distance to everything. Close to shop, Big street, bus stop, harber, Beach. Cosy and the Roma have kitchen and coffemachine, microwave. Recomend this place!
