Marjan Hill is easy to reach by going to the end of the harbor and going up the road beside the church. It was such a hot day and I had hoped that we might find some relief from the sun but the path up Marjan is fully exposed to the sun. This was disappointing. We rested at the little cafe and I explored a little further, but gave up because of the heat. Still, it is a pretty little walk. We took a wrong path down and ended up at the far end of town. We then had to walk all the way back to the waterfront, finding our way only by asking directions. We did manage to score a nice little outfit at a clothing store along the way, so I guess that made the detour worthwhile.
