Full marks for an innovative concept and a clear passion for food, but let down slightly by the execution. The menu is trying just a little too hard and the cooks don't seem quite up to it. But then I'm a total snob, and it was pretty good as these things go. The service was great, and the location on the plaza can't be beat. Definitely pay a visit, aim for a front row seat on the plaza and don't order anything complicated; you'll have a wonderful evening out.
