When coming in from Split airport take the shuttle bus for 30 Kuna (less than 5 Euro). Finding the hotel from the Bus Terminal was an adventure. Walk towards the Palace. Go down the main strip and call for help. Thankfully our host Lidia was there to met us in the Palace Courtyard and guided us the rest of the way in.

The apartment was small (to be expected in Europe) but very clean and cozy. The location is good. You are in the middle of all the activity in the Palace; which might be good if you love to party and bad if you go to sleep early. The room has a small kitchenette and Free WiFi access. There is one apartment per floor which does not allow you to meet the our guests, but if you are looking for privacy it is nice.

Room Tip: Do the Pub Crawl for some guided late night fun (offered daily).

The location is soooooo good. However, it can take you a while to find out at first if you are on your own. Once you get there, everything feels good. In a few minutes, you are in the palace or on the beach boulevard. The studio is expensive for a single person to use. However, I like the modern kitchen and bathroom. I stayed on the third floor, the room no.2, but at late night till 1 or 2 am, the music outside was still quite loud. Luckily, I was too tired, so still could sleep with quilt cover my ears. All in all, I like the apartment but will find a partner to share the fee and then enjoy the place next time.

Great apartment. A bit hard to find but worth it. Great location. One apartment per floor. They are all new, very clean, comfortable. It is noisy at night with the bars right outside but worth it. The owner is great and very helpful!

I don't know why this place doesn't shows up more on guidebooks. It's a very cute apartment within the ruins of the Roman palace. There are 3 apartments in total and one on each floor. We stayed at the top floor one and it has an amazing view. We didn't have any noise problem like other review said. There're are 3 really cool bars right down stairs, including Ghetto Club: very bohemian and cool, and the Figa: cozy cute bar that has lots of fresh fruit drinks. In fact Figa's waitress kindly gave us a lemon for free when we asked if we could buy one from them.

Back to the apartment, it's spacious and well designed. The bathroom is modern, good equipped and there's a nice little kitchen area. We had to wait a bit when we check in as we arrive before the girl who manage the place did. She was nice and apologetic when she got there so we couldn't stay grumpy. We did have a bit of issues with the front door as the key got stuck in it right before we departed and had to catch a bus. The key just got jammed at the lock and we couldn't pull it out. A guy from the bar across the apartment helped us in the end.

Overall a great stay despite the panic moment with the key. We enjoyed Split a lot, it's a lot more
hip, youthful and localized than Dubrovnik. It's nice to see local people hanging out in local places, not just tourists.

Dosud Apartments are lovely, ultra modern, comfortable and well located in the Old Town of Split. There is one apartment per floor. The units come equipped with cooking facilities as well. For us, it was great to have use of a fridge for cold drinks. Air conditioning and hot water worked well.

WARNING: the bars and clubs in the laneway below are very, very rowdy and are open until 2 AM. Unless you bring your own earplugs, do not plan on getting to sleep early! The stairs might be difficult on travellers with disabilities or with heavy luggage.

This apartment is fantastic! Beautifully remodeled old building. We stayed on the top floor which had a lovely view, but pretty much all of the rooms have the same view. The owner is a peppy, young woman, who made us feel very welcomed and gave us tips for food and sights to see. When she left, we practically had the place to ourselves. The location could literally not be any better. Right outside the door are a couple of hip bars and a 2 minute walk takes you to the ocean and the Promenade. Cons- ask for directions before you arrive! Cabs cannot drive you to the apartment because they can not drive into the Old City. Also, our hot water ran our despite having the hot water switch on. The shower head is the kind you have to hold in your hand too. Kind of a pain. But overall, I would highly recommend!
