Description: Creme de la Creme is a patisserie where you can enjoy exquisite French-inspired desserts, from colorful and delicate macarons to an extensive selection of cakes and tarts. We also offer you other popular international temptations such as cheesecake and tiramisu, but if your tastebuds crave for the traditional, splitska torta (Split Cake) awaits you, made using our grandmothers' recipes with all-natural, local ingredients. The quality of raw materials comes as first priority and therefore, we are proud that our desserts are made exclusively with butter, eggs, natural sweet cream, quality chocolate, fresh fruits, and locally-sourced nuts. All desserts are hand-made from scratch, and our goal is to provide our guests and customers with sweet satisfactions, as that gives us satisfaction. Other than desserts we also have a master barista on hand who proudly roasts his very own speciality coffee, promising the freshest blend for Creme de la Creme guests. Creme de la Creme is tucked into Ilicev prolaz, a passageway just off the Marmontova shopping street. At the end of the passageway, we offer outdoor seating on the charming Morpurgo Square.

“The most amazing cakes i have ever tried!”
Reviewed August 29, 2014

We were traveling trough Split and made one stop just because of this place. Since i'm a sweet food blogger this was a must see for me. The location is very nice, hidden in the ile with a nice spacious terrace. The selection of cakes is amazing, and we had a rough time picking our favorites.

We decied to try Emona, raspberry and chocolate cake, and the classic - NY Cheesecake.

I have heard before that there are some amazing cakes here, but we were so surpised with what we got! Those were the most amazing, tender and creamy cakes we had in all our life, and belive me we have tried alot of cakes. Some say it is expensive, but we thought the pricing suited the quality of the cakes. In Zagreb, the cakes are even more expensive but the the taste is no where near Creme de la creme. A hidden gem in Split you must visit!

“Yummy!”
Reviewed August 25, 2014

Amazing cakes... Truly amazing. Nice and modern, professional staff. Somewhat expensive but you do get what you pay for. I would go back any day. It's nothing especially local or unique, but sometimes that's exactly what you need. Nice place for cakes but I would save myself for coffee somewhere else.

Great coffee, wonderful cakes. Very good, quick service. Nice to sit both in their whiter than white cafe or outside under the parasols.

“Excellent cakes”

Great place for a dessert. Nice decor, lovely and cheap cakes (less than 20 kunas). This is a place to go at least once during your visit.

“Best desserts in Split- albeit expensive”
Reviewed August 22, 2014

There is no better place to grab something sweet in Split. The cakes are simply out of this world. However, the portions are harldy enough and the prices aren't even close to being cheap. It leaves your stomach wanting more and the wallet empty. But is the five seconds of heaven worth it? Yes! Also, it'd be nice if there was a discount when buying whole cakes.
