An excellent new hotel in Split. Very modern, clean and comfortable. There is a very good breakfast selection and the restaurant offers some excellent quality dishes on its evening menu. Very pleasant and strongly recommended.

We stayed here for two nights as first time tourists in Croatia. The overall experience was so impressive that it was easily the highlight of our entire trip. It is a new hotel with everything new inside and out, and the room was very spacious and comfortable, which was very much expected given the favorable online reviews. What was not expected was how friendly and helpful the front desk staff was, particularly Carmen, who went above and beyond her normal duty as the front desk staff to help us out in every way imaginable.

When we arrived initially by car, the GPS pointed to the general direction to the back street, but there is no clear sign of entry to parking or hotel lobby. It turned out that the hotel building was under some kind of construction, making the normal parking entryway blocked and invisible. We were confused initially, and so my wife went inside to inquire about the hotel and parking location. After explaining to my wife the complicated process of using two key fops getting in/out the garage and changing elevators to get to the hotel lobby, Carmen realized my wife might not understand it fully, or remember all the details, and so she decided to walk a very long distance with her to the car, and showed us how to use the key fops to get to the entrance. This construction inconvenience could easily become a headache in other hotels, causing complaints from guests, but it became the highlights of the customer service thanks to the super helpful front desk staff!

Another thing she was so helpful was that we need to take the ferry to Hvar on the day of departure, but she realized that we had to find a parking somewhere near the terminal, which was difficult and expensive. She suggested we left the car in the hotel for another day, and took Uber to the terminal which was very close. We did just that, and everything was so perfect, again thanks to the generous help of the front desk staff! Oh, I almost forgot, knowing that we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast time, she instructed the restaurant to prepare two carry out meals for us to bring to the ferry!!! We didn't expect that at all, and we were really speechless! We have been to other parts of Croatia such as Dubrovnik, Zagreb, Hvar etc, and believe Croatians are generally hospitable, but this is truly extraordinary!

The location: this hotel is very conveniently located on a busy street, but hotel itself is very quiet. You could walk to the Promenade or Old Town, but it is much easier to take Uber, which costed us an average of 4 or 5 dollars. There is also a bus stop right in the front, but with Uber being so affordable, we never even tried the bus.

After spending three nights at this hotel, I can honestly say everything was top-drawer: Great decor, spacious room, wonderful shower, nice thirsty towels, plenty of plug-ins, fabulous breakfast. There's a bit of construction going on surrounding the hotel, so at first we were concerned, but our room was completely quiet. And indoor parking is free! You will love this place!

This hotel was excellent value, has good sized clean rooms, great shower and nice breakfast. At first we were a bit freaked out by the location. It’s about 20 min walk out of town and in the middle of other hotels being built around it (it’s only a year old itself). However don’t let that put you off...

...the hotel is only 5 mins walk from a lovely beach and promenade. The staff are really amazing and can’t do enough for you. The blond haired lady behind reception recommended some fantastic restaurants and places to visit.

Take the walking tour. It’s great. Have fun.
