We have spent a weekend at that hotel, and when booking we confirmed that they had WiFi and onsite parking. On arrival we first noticed that there is no dedicated parking and the parking in front of the hotel is public and a bit of a hit and miss. We then also noticed that the WiFi in our room (33) was not working. When asking at reception, the receptionist was not very friendly and completely unwilling to help, saying that some rooms have it, some don't and the signal is a bit temperamental. She didn't offer us another room or similar or try to help in any way.
The rooms themselves were clean, but the double bed had two mattresses on it which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the cleaners turned off the air conditioning when it was 38 degrees outside, so that we came back into a sauna each time and had to wait for about an hour for the room to cool down.
I would not use this hotel again, they clearly need to learn how to provide good customer service!
