Stopped there, last evening, after about 11d in Antigua. I saw it frequently, but this town has SO many great restaurants.
I'm a vegetarian, though, and Indian is always easy for me.
Though the front dining area of the restaurant is small, it's cozy, not cramped. The server was extremely attentive and friendly.
My buddy had a simple meat samosa appetizer and a mango lassi. I had aloo gobi with naan bread and a pineapple/mango lassi.
And then a mint lemonade.
They brought some sort of additional fried bread appetizer with an interesting sauce/spread. Both were delicious.
We LOVED the food. We were also pretty pleased by the genuine enthusiasm of the waiter, perching quietly on the stairs to watch our expressions as we'd taste each dish or drink for the first time. Never intrusive, but always inquisitive: did we like it ?
And we did. Lots of offerings. Good enough looking bar. A few interesting desserts. Attentive and quick service.
Why am I the first to review this place ?? Hmm.
