“Like a visit with old friends”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2012

The Travel Menu is a small restaurant, bar a few blocks off the main plaza in Antigua. Going there even for the first time is much like visiting with old friends, the owner and staff are extremely nice and make one feel right at home. The food is very good and comes in huge portions at a cost that is very low. This is a place to come for friendly conversation, delicious food at very reasonable prices.

“Put this place on your Must Do list”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2012

This is a small bar/ restaurant, not an extensive menu, but the food is good, plates are huge, and prices are cheap. Great and friendly atmosphere, a fun place to hang out and meet people.

“Inexpensive with an international menu”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2012

This is a cute, small, candlelit restaurant a couple of blocks off the square. I had a chicken curry which was surprisingly good. My wife had chow mein which she said was great. The owner/bartender was really outgoing and friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food. The prices were unbelievably inexpensive (under 5 dollars US) for a really good size meal. The beer was cold and well priced also. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is tired of the same old stuff in Guatemala or Mexico and would like to get something a little different for the same price.
