“At Least Come Have a Glass of Wine”
Reviewed April 21, 2013 via mobile

Wonderful terrace overlooking the ruins. Food is on the pricier side, so if that's not in the cards for you, come in the late afternoon to sit outside, enjoy the early evening and a glass of wine at least! It is magical. Not too many tables outside (maybe 5?) so plan accordingly. Gorgeous.

“best burger in the world”
Reviewed April 17, 2013

The burger is worth flying to Antigua. You may think that it is not a good idea to order a burger in a fine dining restaurant. Well, you are wrong! The food was overall excellent. The service good. We ordered the table wine and it was fabulous. yes, go there!

“Over priced food”
Reviewed April 14, 2013

French food in a lovely location overlooking the cathedral from behind but the cost is really high for what you get.

“More room upstairs”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

I have to confess i had never eaten at this restaurant until a month ago after living here for almost 2 years. When i passed by the dining area was always full and crowded. My friend took me to eat there and i told him the same thing. He laughed and explained we would eat upstairs. I had no idea there was an upstairs. What an incredible way to end the day. The view upstairs is next to a church ruin which is breathtaking and the view from the terrace in incredible as you see the volcanoes. The food and atmosphere was so cordial and relaxing and the wait staff went above and beyond to make sure your experience was nothing short of heaven. They are located on 4th street just a short juant from the central park

“Quite Corner in Antigua”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

Tip: It's easy to do a 1 day trip from Guatemala City to Antigua. We took an ordinary bus in the city (more or less 1h30). It's cheap, safe and a good experience. I recommend the Barcelo Hotel (check my review and pics).

Cons: VERY slow and disorganized service (but nice staff), pricey.

Pros: (International) tasty food, great view.

If you are not in an hurry or in a tight budget this is a great place to enjoy international tasty food. And if you want to run away from the noise and bustling of the town this place has a quite terrace overlooking the cathedral. A small oasis in Antigua.

We had: panini, soup and apple pie. Everything was delicious.
