I love the fact that his menu has what I love to eat- Steak, sandwiches, pizza, tapas- but they're unique dishes. Not only that, but when it comes to the steak, I am very picky about fatty steaks b/c the fat makes me gag. Something about chewing rubber just doesn't sit well.... anyway, he cuts his steaks like a filet mignon. I actually eat every piece instead of slicing away chunks of fat. I've eaten there several times and tried different selections. Oh also his exotic ice creams are ADDICTING! I live in Antigua so it's not uncommon for me to get his Chocolate Libertine ice cream with delicious chocolatey chunks of yumminess about 2-3 times a week. Ok well...I happened to buy it 4 days in a row last week....You've just got to try his restaurant. Oh and his sense of humor might not be well understood by many. He's a man of talent. Just think of the Drama club in high school and then you'll understand his sense of humor. Buy some art or buy a book he's written (he's got like, 7 books!).
