During a two week stay working in small villages around Antigua, I had the opportunity to eat at the Rainbow Cafe three times. Each was for a different meal (lunch, dinner and breakfast) and each meal was amazing. The food is amazing including the freshly squeezed orange juice which actually tastes like oranges. I had three different types of food (ie greek sandwich, chicken fajitas and the typical Guatemalan breakfast) and all were very tasty and good portions. The atmosphere is obviously set for the expat crowd but the food is authentic.
