Deserves 5 stars just on that green effort alone. But they are much more. Very warm & welcoming staff, especially the lady from New Hampshire who carefully tends the beautiful Garden Center -- big job well done.
The bike ride out to the farm was fun too with smooth lanes & nice views.

I think this started as a farm stand but is now really a small supermarket. It has lots of foods grown on the property and other good organic and local foods as well. Their prepared breakfast foods and desserts were as good as a restaurant. Also, I recommend their coffee, I was pleasantly surprised for coffee that came out of one of those plastic press down urns. There is a small playground outside and benches to eat on. Great bike parking and right near the brewery.

Bartlett has a great selection of fresh produce, fruits and an excellent assortment of fresh herbs. Nice meat selection, but regular groceries are overpriced however. Not a one stop shop.

It's a large farmers market with some various other (overpriced) non produce supplies mixed in. Fruits and veggies are locally grown and fresh. Dynamite produce for our late August trip, corn and tomatoes were perfect.

I'm a long-time fan of Bartlett's Market and so was disappointed with the bland and sogggy pannini I bought for $17 (for 2). I had the tomato-mozzarella and my husband ate the roastbeef and both, in a word, sucked. Cheap, unimaginative, inorganic ingredients. So not what we expected from a store that promotes and sells wholesome food.
