“Great Food and Service”

Its small and the bathrooms are not in the best condition but the food is great. We had breakfast, and it by far was the best during out vacation.

“Best Orange Juice”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2014

Stopped by for a quick breakfast on the last day in the Island. I was greeted and sat promptly. All the service steps were very timely and proper. Very busy place but attentive service. Best orange juice ( I think they were hand squeezed).

“Nanatucket's own diner”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2014

Great breakfast offered all day (Pancakes to die for) and great coffee. Fast service with a very homey feel. Hours are limited to 8:00a-2:00p, and just 1 pm on Sunday, but you won't find a better bargain on the Island

“Yummy Breakfast with Friends!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2014 via mobile

We came here with 15 people after the triathalon and we were accommodated very quickly. We were spread out in 3 tables which was perfectly fine for a small restaurant. The service was prompt& professional (we could tell we were in good hands) and the food was exactly what we expected...yummy! Most of us had various scrambles and they were really tasty such as those with fresh veggies, cheese & chorizo/bacon. I would go back for sure.

“Pretty good”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2014

I used to LOVE this sot. It was a real "hidden" gem on Nantucket. This past visit we arrived and it was VERY busy. We had to wait (outside was the only place) in the pouring rain with our toddler and infant. We put our name in, told the woman we were waiting outside with the others, and waited... We stood right by the door and made eye contact with the hostess calling names whenever she came out. After our estimated 25 minute wait came and went, I checked in inside. A different person was at the station and confirmed we would be seated next. 15 minutes later (baby screaming, soaking wet) I went in and asked if it was getting close to our time. It was the original woman who told us "I gave your table to someone else. I said your name, but you were gone. You must have walked away." Her tone was very rude and accusatory. We certainly did not leave or walk anywhere, and she did not say our name, of that we were certain. She was horrible and rude, and obviously SHE made a mistake. Maybe she was tired, or overworked, and made an error. Instead of admitting her error she was just mean. We went to leave, but another (nicer) woman asked us to wait 5 more minutes and she seated us. Once seated the food was good. Overall, the experience was not good, but not because of the food. Not sure we will give it another chance this summer. Too much stress with the kids. Seems it's too busy and popular now.
