I stayed at the Regatta Inn this past weekend and was the perfect choice for so many reasons. The location is great - a short walk to town, shops and restaurants, and an easy walk from the ferry. The property itself has clearly been updated recently as the decor was modern with a beachy theme, and everything was in perfect working condition. There is a great outdoor sitting area that was perfect for afternoon cocktailing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable with all of the typical amenities. Most importantly, the food was amazing! Breakfasts were delicious as well as the afternoon tea and sweets.

The best part about the Inn was Lyn, the inn keeper. Aside from being generally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way multiple times to accommodate us. She gave us a ride when the taxi wait was going to be too long, she made special meals to accommodate a food allergy and generally was just a pleasure to stay with.

We will certainly be back to the Regatta Inn on our next visit to the island!

My sister and I stayed at the Regatta Inn to celebrate my 30th birthday. From the time we arrived until the time we left, Lyn the Innkeeper did everything in her power to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the living space was very inviting. The Inn is modern yet fits in perfectly with the Nantucket feel. Breakfast at the Inn is not to be missed with housemade pastries and afternoon tea is equally as delicious with housemade sweets. I'm already trying to plan my next visit to the island and of course stay at the Regatta Inn.

The Regatta Inn was just a perfect place for our anniversary getaway. It was less than 10 minutes to walk to town for shopping or restaurants. The Inn itself was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and the linens and products were best in class. Breakfast was a delicious assortment of choices for every pallet and beautifully arranged. The afternoon tea was a welcome surprise arriving back at the inn from shopping and touring the island. We stayed in Room #5 on the second floor that was very bright and beautifully decorated with cool grays and white. The bathroom was a good size with a large tub and good sized shower. The innkeeper, Lyn, was a pleasure and our tour guide said that she is the #1 Innkeeper on the Island. We will definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: #5 is a corner room with large windows and good light. Descriptions on the website are good to help...

Innkeeper, Lyn has created a home away from home. The inn is freshly decorated with contemporary colors and comfortable seating throughout. The classic Nantucket side yard is inviting even on a chilly morning. The linens and products are all top of the line. Each morning (and at afternoon tea) Lyn surprises you with a variety of creative culinary treats. We love Nantucket and have stayed at many different inns, Lyn's Regatta Inn is by far the best!

The Regatta Inn was a great choice for our quick getaway this weekend. The location is perfect for exploring town and an easy walk to the beach. We have visited Nantucket many times over the last 20 years and this is one of the favorite places we have stayed. The rooms are beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very well supplied. The shampoo and soaps were fantastic! Our king room on the second floor was bright and airy with a high pitched ceiling, fantastic furniture and comfortable linens and bed. Lyn, the innkeeper, puts out a lovely breakfast and we really enjoyed the afternoon tea as well. Lyn is warm and friendly and made us feel very much at home. We will surely come back to the Regatta Inn!

Thank you for your lovely review, Nantucket isn't that far from Boston however it feels miles away once you are on this beautiful island. Hope to see you again soon.

Regatta Inn is truly a special place! My husband and I stayed for our anniversary when we arrived Lyn the innkeeper had chocolate strawberries waiting for us in our beautiful room. I have stayed in quite a few boutique hotels but this B&b topped them all! The way Lyn prepared breakfast each morning was a culinary delight. She makes you feel right at home and gave us great suggestions when we asked her for things to do and recommendations for dining. We highly recommend the Regatta and can't wait to go back!

Thank you for the glowing review, we love to celebrate guest's special occasions. Even though it was early Spring there were still plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hope to see you again.
