The Inn lived up to the advance press of being quaint and romantic. While very close to Main Street shops and restaurants, it is tucked away just enough to feel like you are on a private street. Delicious breakfasts every morning on the patio and just the right amount of attn from the staff and inn keepers (eager to make suggestions, reservations, etc, but not at all overbearing). All the rooms were beautifully decorated, with Rms 1 and 3 being our favs. You honestly couldn't make a bad room choice.
Enjoyed our days walking around the town, taking in the homes and history. Rented bikes from Young's Bicycle Shop and took in the Cisco brewery, Sconset, Sankaty and Brant Point Lighthouses and much more.
Too many wonderful restaurant options to take them all in, but enjoyed Centre Street Bistro, Pazzo, Company of the Cauldron and Seagrille.
The last evening of our trip was capped off by a sunset sail on the Endeavor. Captain Bill was a great guide with lots of stories to share about the Island. Beautiful way to end a beautiful trip. Love, love, love ACK!
