Situated approx 2 km from the center it's location is ok for business. The rooms are clean and well equiped but not special. You have what you need but that's it. In my opinion there is no "special private touch", but for me it is OK; The breakfast is ok and you have a wide choice, but nothing special. I didn't try their restaurant but in the environment there a lot of excellent opportunities. The people in the hotel are helpful, friendly and polite

The hotel is situated some 2 km out of the centre of Skopje, next to the main road in a residential neighborhood, so you cannot expect an astonishing scenery when looking out of the window. As a smoker, I appreciated that there are some rooms for smokers in the hotel. My room was quite large with semicircle window wall and terrace. I liked it very much. What I liked less was the early ´90 "luxury" outlook of the room, wallpapaers dirty from a dust coming out of noisy A/C which woke me up several times every night. The hotel definetely needs substantial renewal. I have nothing to say against cleaning service as well as front desk staff - they both worked professionally. But still, taking into account the look of the hotel, I must conclude that as it is now it is definetely not worth even half of the price they charge their guests.

Stayed there in March during the elections, room 209 (3 double beds, one kitchen for me alone!).
Clean, 1km from the city center.
Very nice staff, nice breakfast.
Heating can be individually adjusted. If you do not choose the maximum speed for the ventilator, not noisy.
Conference rom available.
Nice place, can recommend

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived by taxi from the airport cost was either €25 or 1500MKD and took about 30minutes. You can change up money at the airport the rate was pretty poor the Hotel’s rates were better. The guy who checked us in was very good and very helpful. Comments about it being some communist era left over are unfair yes it is not a brand new boutique hotel full of all the latest design and gadgets but it is very clean the rooms are big, bathroom is well maintained and the bed is comfortable. The one thing it could do with would be room safes. I have stayed in plenty of hotels in Europe that are nowhere as good as this one.
In December it is quiet cold yet the temperature in the rooms was very good.
A big plus for me is that through out the hotel they had very good Wi-Fi that is free to use. The breakfast was Okay the normal selections that you would expect. Did have a dinner that was good we were the only ones there and had good service. There are a lot of places to eat in the center, which are better and cheaper.
The Hotel is located on a main road about 15 minute walk into the center. Check out also went very well and they organized a cab to take us to the airport cost was 1000MKD.
The airport looks very new it is just a shame it only has 10 flights a day.
I could not fault the service or this hotel.
For some odd reason the photo that is currently on Tripadvisor is not this Hotel. When you looking at traveller photos you will see the correct external photos

This was an old Tito (Soviet Era) Hotel left over from the former Yugoslavia. They did some upgrades but it retains a lot of the old elements. We had to make our own beds as the over sheet was just folded on the bed. The rug also had a smell to it. The food and the service was sub par. Skopje is a beautiful city with lots of more upgraded hotels. Until this one upgrades and improves their service, its best to consider another inn.

Yes the decor is dated and the Hotel feels like an ex communist hotel. But look beyond. The staff are vey helpful and friendly. The location is great. The rooms are large and comfortable. Its not the Ritz but neither is the price

Room Tip: Tip the bar and restaurant staff before you eat or drink , to ensure great service.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, some with a kitchen inside, wifi, sauna and gym included, but don't go there in december, rooms are ill-warmed, and bathrooms are not. No radiators, only a very noisy air conditioning. So a rather chilly welcome. Considered the hotel is brand new, it is a non excusable deficiency.
Conference facilities not of the best sort (translators must sit outside the room, so they do not see slides) and not very wide.
