Been there several times and sure enough, "thumb up" for that place.
The restaurant is fairly representative for Macedonia and for the Balkan cuisine in general.
Can not say the place is special, but reckon someone had a brilliant marketing idea to call the place like that. And to display many photos with political leaders from that period.
You can see Che Guevarra, Kenedy, Churchill, De Gaulle and several other chaps from that "bunch". Even a well disguised moustache and unmistakable hair cut of Hitler. Straight in front of your eyes - I challenge you to find it!
The restaurant must have been built after the communist era, has no particular endowments, but just the idea of Tito's "patronage" is just making a different.
Otherwise, good food with a wide variety, regular drinks and a fair service, including most of waiters speaking a fair English and providing a good service.
And, in the evenings, they have live music too, or at least in week-end days.
And above all, prices just can not be beaten, by any other restaurant in the area.
The only downside, toilets should have been better arranged and cleaning maintained.
But all in all, should you visit Skopje, this is a place you should at least not miss it, if not to come again.
