We were a party of 7 and called ahead for a reservation. Dylan's was not crowded when we arrived, but by 6:30, every table was filled. Waitstaff was prompt with drink and appetizer orders that did not slow down our children's dinners. All food was hot. People in our party ordered nightly specials (the crab stuffed haddock and the salmon) as well as burgers, surf and turf and dinner salads. The marinated steak tips on the salad as well as in the surf and turf were outstanding - the rare was rare and the medium was medium, which doesn't happen at most restaurants. Dylan's has come a long way and I hope the word gets out!! They have an upstairs, so if it gets too crowded, they can open up there, too. Sam has done a great job with the place!!
