staff is always friendly and helpful
rooms are always clean
waitstaff is always professional
dissapointed at the breakfast on checkout, food was cold - hope your lobby bar is fixed soon

It is certainly our pleasure to welcome guests such as you to the Wyndham Boston Andover Hotel and we sincerely appreciated learning that our anticipatory service made your stay enjoyable. We do apologize if your breakfast did not meet your expectations and we will be sure to share your comments with our Restaurant Manager. Our Lobby Bar is now open again from its short time closed for improvements. It is a great place to relax and unwind and we hope you have the opportunity to visit it during your next stay.
