Won the Inn for $65; however, I forgot that Priceline only quarantees Double Occupancy and there were 3 adults traveling home to New England. With several phone calls to the property, I got no-where requesting 2 Double beds. However, they did accommodate us with a Roll-a-Way which tucked nearly in the dormer alcove (with no additional charge).
We were on the top floor, easily reached via elevator. Staff was pretty good and very friendly. After driving for 8 hours and being tired, it did take a while to get the cot.
Accommodations were modern: so much so, I had to ask the maid where the light switch was for the bathroom. As an energy saver, there is a Master Switch just inside the door-way! There were only 2 Bath towels, but as mentioned, they are so huge, we did not have an issue sharing this one night.
As I used to work at this Inn, 46 years ago, it was delightful to stay here and experience the excellent service from the wait staff while enjoying a drink on the front porch lounge.More
