This property is well maintained with outdoor pool and fitness center. Staff are very nice, breakfast is reliable with good choices and plenty of fruit. The Mon. - Thu. "social hours" are not the tastiest but are better than fast food. Close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. While the bus to DC is only two blocks away, the local DC TV stations are unavailable -- you only get Baltimore. If you are a coffee drinker like my husband and I are (we bring our own coffee most everywhere) the in room coffee makers SUCK. They make really weak coffee. I have told the front desk staff, but I doubt they can do anything. If you are there on a Sat. morning, you must go to the farmers market (April - Dec.) at Riva Rd and Truman. I have to go into DC about once a month, and I almost always stay here. Always pleasant.

Room Tip: Not a bad room in the place, but like most Residence Inns, there are no elevators if you get a 2nd f...

Room was clean and quiet, service was very good. Breakfast was good. Short drive to center of Annapolis. The only minor knock was that they need a few more parking spaces...the bed was very comfortable as well. No complaints

Room Tip: Any room is an easy walk.

We had a Marriott voucher we needed to use, so we opted for a short weekend getaway to Annapolis. This hotel is located slightly outside of downtown Annapolis, but still very accessible. It's a quiet location with plenty of parking. The rooms have everything you would expect of a Residence Inn...a kitchenette, sitting area, dining area...even a working fireplace. The complimentary breakfast is decent. Overall, a very nice property. My one complaint is that they only have queen beds in their rooms, no kings. We knew it in advance, so I can't dock them for that, but it's definitely something that would keep me staying here again.

From my first phone call to the hotel, answered by Quiillin, to the check out, again with Quiillin, our overnight stay was absolutely fine. We had a studio on the first floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen, dining table for 2, a chaise lounge, comfy chair, working fireplace ( nice bonus), big vanity area, large closet and private bathroom with shower and toilet. The bed was super comfortable. As all Residence Inns, breakfast is provided and it was fine. The hotel is extremely clean and the grounds present nicely. It is located 5 min from the academy. Hospitality from employees really made this overnight stay fabulous. Quiillin loves what she does and it so good at it. Keep up the good work!

Room Tip: 1112 on first floor and close to parking

We had a hotel block for our wedding guests at the Residence Inn Annapolis. Our wedding took place at Mike's Crab House Banquet Room a few miles away. The property was convenient, spacious and clean. It was great having the extended stay rooms because we had an endless flow of people visiting our room. We were able to keep food and drinks in our full size refrigerator and had plenty of room to seat everyone and hang out. Angelleda Dilts was our property coordinator. She was AMAZING. She not only helped with our blocks and making sure everyone was where they needed to be, but she went above and beyond and help coordinate taxi's whenever we needed them. We would not have our sanity if it wasn't for Angelleda. THANK YOU!!! If I made one recommendation to the property, it would be to have smokeless ashtrays available in more locations. Our walkway always had cigarette butts from the person staying upstairs that flicked them onto the ground below.

Room Tip: Stay away from rooms that are near basketball court if you don't want to hear kids playing.

Booked this hotel for free through a reward from Marriott. Wanted to visit Annapolis for a weekend. Being free I really can't complain - but if I was paying I would pay the extra and stay at the waterfront Marriott in downtown Annapolis. Parking in Annapolis was a nightmare - public lots were at capacity due to a swim meet at the Naval Academy. That only left street parking which is capped at 2 hours. So while I wanted to spend a whole day in Annapolis I had to make due with 2.5 hours. The first spot I found was a 30 minute parking spot - so I parked and walked around. I then had to move my car and find another street spot. This one was capped at 2 hours so I had lunch, grabbed ice cream at Annapolis Ice Cream and walked around the town. I didn't have the patience to sit in traffic again and try to find a parking spot.

But back to the hotel - clean, quiet and a delicious breakfast. There are several separate buildings so you're not necessarily connected to the main reception area. Nice hotel but kind of removed from downtown Annapolis.
