Went with friends who rave about Main Ingredient and who have dined there at least 20 times. Made reservations but it was not crowded on Sunday evening. Service was friendly, attentive, and well versed on the menu, ingredients and preparation. The pan roasted scallops with butternut squash cream was very nice, an ample portion and presented elegantly. The rockfish was equally delicious and of an ample portion. The Main Ingredient has a fantastic bakery. As a result, their desserts are numerous. They all look fantastic! We shared the orange pineapple bundt cake and it was delicious! The serving was huge! While the prices are not cheap, the food, service, and total experience were worth it. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. Plentiful staff to attend to all patrons. I would DEFINATELY return if for nothing else, the desserts! Located in a strip mall so don't be put off by its location. Casual, quiet atmosphere. Family friendly but likely not a great place for small children.
