This place is in a great location in downtown Annapolis! The food here is very good and the service is excellent. We ate here quite a few times over the summer whilst working in the area and became a favorite place to go! The clam chowder is very good as is the surf and turf burger and it all tastes fresh and is well presented. The service is very friendly and attentive and I would defiantly recommend trying it here.

Since my wife's maiden name was O'Brien, we just HAD to stop here as we passed through Annapolis. We wish we HAD NOT!
We were seated promptly after someone cleared a table for us--with other empty tables all around. Our server, "Mary B" was delightful--the best part of dining here. I ordered the Capitol Melt with Chips, which turned out to be a very blah chicken sandwich with almost no taste. The crinkle-cut chips were fresh, the high point of my meal. My wife had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich with French fries. Her chicken piece was miniscule and the fries were limp and tasteless, despite asking for crispy fries. Both of our sandwiches came on hamburger buns--no imagination here! Both of us used the restrooms. Everything worked in the men's room but it hadn't been cleaned in an age--awful! My wife said the women's room was worse. Water leaking from faucets, filthy, things not working right. On our way out she found the manager, told him of the ladies' room and his comment was, "Oh yeah, other people have said that too." End of story. End of our association with O'Briens. By all means, find yourself another eating place in Annapolis!

We were on the second floor of the restaurant for a private party. The wait staff was a bit slow but found the food good and well presented. The menu selection included a wide variety of items so most will find something to choose.

Good location!
Thats about it.
The waitress are on the sleepy side,
The food portions are smal, very small,
I ordered the filet mignon oscar style,
And got a 3 oz. Portion, yes 3 oz. As in two bites, kind of funny, where every where on the web its a 8/10 oz portion.
IT WAS DELICIOUS, but commo'n, 2 baby bites for $19???
Look around, you'll do better.

Thank abaerez

This place was busy, kind of oddly laid out in its space, but the food was good. Be sure to check in on Foursquare and get your free oyster shooter!
